Spire or Cambridge Eye Diagnostics may charge for additional tests that are done in the course of your assessment and they would be responsible for informing you of the fees for these. 

I dedicate most of my time to the NHS and prefer when doing private work to have lots of time with each patient. I therefore do not aim to be a 'high volume' private provider accepting lower insurance fees. Please check with your insurer whether they will cover or partly cover my fees.
